Please join us at Office 116A for the closing reception of Portraits of Northern Latitudes: Where Life Depends on Cold, Snow and Ice. Baltimore artist Linda Lyon has transformed the space into a photo installation featuring her film photography from her time studying birds at the East Bay Migratory Bird Sanctuary on Southampton Island in Nunavut, Canada. The installation features a gallery of photographs documenting Arctic life as well as an educational corner that includes her field journal, library and documentary film collection that is available for viewing.
